The Administrative office staff provide staff support to the Board of Mayor, Council and all city departments. The administrative office collects city revenue, to include property tax payments and permits. The staff provides administrative support services and maintains files for all city boards and commissions.
Ms. Shelia Dellinger was promoted to the position of City Administrator in 2010. Prior to her appointment as City Administrator, Ms. Dellinger served in the accounting department. She has 33 years of experience in city government which has fully prepared her for her duties as the City Administrator. In her position as the City Administrator, she is responsible for advising and recommending actions to the Board of Mayor and Council in order to meet the needs of the city residents. Ms. Dellinger provides overall management of all city departments and operations and is responsible for the implementation of city policy.
