The Bolivar Police Department serves the needs of its citizens through a variety of programs including traffic administration and control,  street safety, narcotics detection, and investigations.  

The Bolivar Police Department complies with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Incident Based Reporting System (TIBRS) requirements.  City of Bolivar crime statistics are available here.

Copies of police reports and traffic accident reports may be obtained by contacting the administrative assistant at the police department.
