The 2019 Spring Job Fair is now in the books. This job fair is the fourth such event hosted by the City of Bolivar in the last two years. The 2019 spring event was successful with over 50 agencies and organizations participating in the half-day event.
The job fairs hosted by the city go far beyond employers and potential employees. Service agencies are also invited to participate. These agencies provide useful information on the services that their organization provides to our citizens.
We've said it before, "it takes a village," and that is exactly what we have here in Bolivar. The hosted job fairs provide employment information, service information, educational information, and city information all in one place twice a year. It's the ultimate treasure trove of information for our citizens.
