November’s neighbor is Mr. Matthew Boatwright. Matthew moved to Bolivar approximately 4 years ago and has made a tremendous impact on the community during those 4 years. Matthew is currently an associate pastor at Parran’s Chapel Baptist Church and is an accomplished musician. He is extremely active in our community and beyond. He is committed to carrying out mission work and has assisted in disaster relief efforts. Matthew is married and has four wonderful children. Matthew loves the people of Bolivar and chose to call it home for himself and his family because of its wonderful people.
